Seeing the rise of games in the classroom, we decided to put on our thinking caps and consult with experts (yes, including students, too!) to create the most engaging gamified quiz out there and make it available to you &#8211; for free!<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nearpod.com\/time-to-climb\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Time to Climb<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is a highly interactive <a href=\"https:\/\/nearpod.com\/blog\/educational-games-time-to-climb\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">educational game<\/a> within the Nearpod <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/search?q=%23studentengagement&amp;src=typeahead_click\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">#StudentEngagement<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Platform. Students race to the top of the mountain against the clock by answering multiple-choice<\/span> questions. Time to Climb activities is great for bell ringers, learning checks, exit tickets,<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and more. All you have to do is download the lesson and launch it with your students. These lessons are quick activities to challenge your students in a fun and engaging way while strengthening their understanding of ELA, Math, Science, and Social Studies topics across grade levels.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-convert-your-nearpod-quizzes\"><span style=\"color: #008aff;\">2. Convert your Nearpod quizzes!<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/nearpod.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/TTC_ConvertQuiz.gif\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"480\" height=\"246\" src=\"https:\/\/nearpod.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/TTC_ConvertQuiz.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9807\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can convert your existing quizzes into Time to Climb activities. Simply click to edit your lesson, select the quiz you\u2019d like to convert, click \u201cConvert to Time to Climb\u201d at the top right-hand corner, and you\u2019re all set!<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please note: Reference media and questions with more than one correct answer will not be transferred. Quizzes with question-and-answer character lengths that exceed 400 and 100 characters, respectively), and with more than 4 answer choices cannot be converted.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-create-an-activity-from-scratch\"><span style=\"color: #008aff;\">3. Create an activity from scratch!<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>When creating a new Nearpod lesson or editing an existing lesson, you can add in a Time to Climb activity by creating one from scratch.
