The Campaign is only open to legal residents of the United States of America, and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Nearpod Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the \u201cEmployees\u201d), and immediate family members and\/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Campaign. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.  Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (\u201cYou\u201d) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Nearpod Inc. as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Campaign Period: Entries will be accepted starting on September 16, 2016 at 2:00 PM Pacific Time and ending September 27, 2016 at 5:00 AM Pacific Time. All entries must be received by September 27, 2016 at 5:00 AM Pacific Time.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. How to Enter: <\/span><\/p>\n

     a) Purchase: During the Promotion Period, purchase any Nearpod Essentials bundle from Nearpod. You will receive one (1) automatic entry into the Essentials VR Headset giveaway per Nearpod Essentials bundle purchased.<\/span><\/p>\n

     b) Free Option: Visit <\/span>http:\/\/npps.co\/sweepstakes<\/span><\/a> to enter the Essentials VR Headset Sweepstakes by fully completing and submitting the online entry form in accordance with the instructions provided. Once the entry form is submitted you will receive one (1) entry into the Essentials VR Headset giveaway.<\/span><\/p>\n

     c) Entries must fulfill all Campaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Nearpod Inc.. You may enter only once. You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Nearpod Inc..<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Prizes: At the end of the campaign, we will draw seven (7) winners. The Winner(s) of the Campaign (the \u201cWinner\u201d) will each receive one VR headset (approximate retail value of $50 USD). The actual\/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Nearpod Inc.. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Nearpod Inc.\u2019s discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and\/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer\/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Nearpod Inc. to use Winner\u2019s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.<\/span><\/p>\n

6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.<\/span><\/p>\n

7. Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Nearpod Inc.. Winner(s) will be notified by email within five (5) days following selection of Winner(s). Nearpod Inc. shall have no liability for Winner\u2019s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner\u2019s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 30 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Campaign is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Terms & Conditions: Nearpod Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Nearpod Inc.\u2019s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Campaign.
