• What does my storage limit include?

  
  Storage is based on anything you create or borrow from the Nearpod Library.

• Can I create or customize my slides directly in Nearpod?

  
  Certainly! You can either upload your existing lessons, or create with our newly re-designed Lesson Builder - making it easier than ever to build creatively directly in Nearpod.
  Drive student engagement when you add one of our 20+ dynamic media and formative assessment features.

• Are there pre-made interactive videos for my grade/subject?

  
  Nearpod’s video library features 10,200+ K-12, standards-aligned, interactive videos from 35+ trusted educational publishers. Each video experience is designed with research-based instructional models, like GRR and 5E, in mind.
  You can also choose to upload your own video and make it interactive.

• What types of gamification and quick activities does Nearpod have?

  
  Nearpod’s library of formative assessment activities includes our signature game-based activities including Drag & Drop, Time To Climb, Draw It, and Matching Pairs. Teachers can watch student progress during the activities and gain real-time insights into student learning and understanding.

• I want to introduce my school's admin to Nearpod. How can I make the introduction?

  
  We’d love to connect with your school’s admin. Just fill out this form with your admin’s information and a Sales representative will reach out to schedule a demonstration so your admin can see Nearpod in action!
  Make sure you have your admin’s permission to do this.*

• What forms of payment does Nearpod accept?

  
  For individual packages: we accept online credit card payment or PayPal and we will email you a receipt.
  While we do not process PO’s for our individual licenses, we are able to provide you with an invoice after the purchase is made so that you can request your employer to reimburse you for the cost.
  For school-wide licenses and district-wide licenses: we accept ACH, wire transfers, physical checks, and online credit card payments. For all credit card payments over $5,000, there will be an additional processing fee of 3%.

• Can I request reimbursement from my school for my individual license?

  
  We are able to provide you with an invoice after the purchase is made so that you can request your employer to reimburse you for the cost of your individual license.

• Will Nearpod fill out special paperwork to register as a vendor in my district or state?

  
  Yes, we are happy to submit vendor paperwork, please reach out to [email protected] to get started.

• What is Nearpod’s upgrade policy in case I’m paying for a license and my school or district purchases one for me?

  
  For individual purchases (i.e. individual license), if there are six months or more remaining on your Nearpod subscription and your school and/or district get a school/district account, Nearpod will provide you a prorated refund for the unused portion of the individual license account. • What is Nearpod’s refund policy?

  
  You will be charged annually on the day you start your paid Nearpod account. All fees and charges are prepaid and nonrefundable, and there are no refunds for partially used periods, so don’t let your account sit picking up dust!

• What happens to my Nearpod lessons if I change plans?

  
  When you downgrade from a paid account type to a free one, lessons will be archived on our servers but not accessible to you. Once you re-upgrade, all archived lessons will be restored automatically. If for some reason you seem to be missing lessons you can reach out to [email protected] and we will be happy to assist you.

• Can I share accounts with other teachers in my department?

  
  While we hope you share the Nearpod love with your colleagues, Nearpod does not allow account sharing. To experience the full benefits of the platform, teachers should be using their own accounts.

• Can I access a copy of Nearpod’s W9?
